At Ora, we design with intention and quality in mind. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Tags must be attached
- No signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, or damage
- Returned in original condition
All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Exchanges
Because many of our drops are limited edition, we are unable to guarantee size exchanges. If your preferred size is available, you may use your store credit to reorder.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Limited edition drops
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Gift cards
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
