To maintain the quality and longevity of your Ora pieces, we recommend washing on a cold, delicate cycle using a mild detergent. For best results, lay flat or hang to air dry. Avoid using high heat or tumble drying, as this can affect the fabric’s shape and performance over time.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

If you purchase an item listed as a pre-order, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing. Once the inventory arrives at our warehouse, your order will be prepared and shipped. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Return Policy

We offer 14-day returns for store credit. Final sale items are not eligible.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached. Please try on with underwear, as returns showing any signs of wear may be refused.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
